Jessica Budrow is an instructor and course developer for Forza Forensics and has been working for the Arizona Department of Public Safety for 5 years in the Latent Print Unit. Jessica received her General Instructor certification in 2014 and is a Arizona Peace Officer’s Standards & Training certified specialist instructor. She is also an Adjunct Professor of criminalistics at Estrella Mountain Community College in Avondale, Arizona. Jessica is currently the President of the Arizona Identification Council, Arizona’s division of the IAI.
